Kristen Pollice is an associate attorney in the firm’s Michigan office. Focusing her practice on first and third party automobile insurance defense, Ms. Pollice has extensive experience drafting briefs, conducting and defending depositions and negotiating settlements.
Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, Ms. Pollice worked as an associate at a Michigan-based insurance defense firm as well as a criminal defense firm. She also served as a trust officer for a national bank.
Ms. Pollice earned her J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, where she interned for the Urban Law Clinic and the SADO Clinic, researching and authoring a brief for the Michigan Court of Appeals. She also clerked for the Honorable David A. Groner of the Wayne County 3rd Circuit Court, Criminal Division. Ms. Pollice holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Wayne State University.
Outside of her work in the legal arena, Ms. Pollice is interested in yoga and spending time with her family, especially her dog, Bo.
