Alex Shadley is an associate attorney focusing his practice on the litigation of toxic tort and complex commercial litigation matters. He has extensive experience in all stages of litigation, including drafting and answering discovery requests, consulting with legal experts, drafting motions and pleadings, and conducting legal research. Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, Mr. Shadley worked as a law clerk at a litigation firm in Chicago.
Mr. Shadley earned both a B.A. in history and a J.D. from the University of Notre Dame. During his time as an undergraduate, he was a member of Phi Alpha Theta History Honors Society and participated in a study abroad program in Athens, Greece. Between college and law school, he worked as a teacher and coach for AmeriCorps. While in law school, he participated in Intensive Trial Advocacy and Deposition Skills seminars and was a representative for Themis Bar Review. Mr. Shadley is admitted to practice in Illinois.
