Audrey Allen is an associate attorney in the firm's Chicago office, concentrating her practice on the defense of toxic tort and warranty litigation matters. Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, she worked as an attorney with a well-known Chicago construction company. During this time, she drafted terms and conditions for service agreements, negotiated contracts with owners and subcontractors, and assisted in resolution of lien priority disputes and Miller Act claims.
Ms. Allen earned her J.D. from Notre Dame Law School, where she served as the Articles Editor for the Notre Dame Journal of International and Comparative Law and was a committee chair for the Student Bar Association. While in law school, Ms. Allen worked with the University of Notre Dame Office of General Counsel, where she prepared memos and performed extensive research on intellectual property, copyright, and fair use matters. She also participated in Intensive Trial Advocacy and Deposition Skills seminars.
Ms. Allen holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Clemson University. She received dean’s list honors and served as the social chair for Kappa Delta Sorority.
Ms. Allen is licensed to practice in Illinois and is a member of the Illinois State Bar, American Bar Association and Chicago Bar Association. She currently serves as a member of the Judicial Evaluation Committee for the Chicago Bar Association.
