Carey Wallick is an associate attorney in the firm’s Austin office focusing his practice on insurance coverage and bad faith.
Mr. Wallick has trial experience in federal and state court covering a variety of areas of law, as well as FINRA arbitration experience relating to the financial brokerage industry and expungements. He also has extensive experience in conducting research, drafting motions, discovery requests and responses, and creating and managing exhibits, witness files and arbitration presentations.
Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, Mr. Wallick worked as an attorney at a litigation firm. He also served as a research assistant at Baylor University.
Mr. Wallick earned his J.D. from Baylor University, where he earned the Dean’s Academic Excellence Half-Tuition Scholarship. He holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Baylor University.
Outside of his work in the legal arena, Mr. Wallick is interested in running Tough Mudders, playing disc golf and reading.
