Attorney Christina Linsmeier focuses her practice in toxic tort litigation out of the Chicago office. She currently serves on the National Coordinating Counsel teams for multiple international companies and frequently defends a number of industrial product manufacturers as well as premise owners and employers at depositions throughout the country. Ms. Linsmeier is well-versed in all aspects of case management on both local and national levels. Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, Ms. Linsmeier worked in insurance defense, where she represented individuals and businesses facing personal injury, premise liability, wrongful death and battery lawsuits, and has completed numerous jury trials and arbitrations with excellent results.
Ms. Linsmeier obtained her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois in December of 2009. Ms. Linsmeier completed her undergrad studies at the University of Wisconsin in Green Bay, WI, graduating summa cum laude with Bachelor of Science degrees in Public Administration and Political Science.
