Courtney Dunn is an associate attorney in the New York office focusing her practice in environmental, premises liability, employment and labor litigation and toxic tort. Ms. Dunn has extensive experience in drafting briefs, discovery, depositions, conducting settlement negotiations and mediations as well as legal writing and research.
Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, Ms. Dunn worked as a law clerk for the Superior Court of New Jersey and for the Supreme Court of New York. She also served as a legal intern for the Environmental Protection Agency and for two litigation firms in New York.
Ms. Dunn earned her J.D. from Pace University, where she was a Pro Bono Scholar, a member of the Moot Court Honor Board as well as competitor on several successful national moot court teams. She also served as an Articles Group Editor for the Pace International Law Review and Vice Chair of the Grading and Scoring Committee for NELMCC. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Wagner College where she received academic and athletic honors.
Outside of her work in the legal arena, Ms. Dunn is interested in running and spending time with her family, friends and puppy, Tucker.
