David Freed is an associate attorney in the firm's New York office. He concentrates his practice on the defense of toxic tort and product liability claims. Mr. Freed has experience in the various stages of litigation, including the drafting of pleadings and discovery demands, deposing fact and expert witnesses, courtroom hearings and the drafting of pre-trial submissions. He is also skilled in settlement and mediation and has significant experience in client reporting. Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, Mr. Freed worked as an associate attorney at a New Jersey law firm.
Mr. Freed recieved his J.D. from the Washington University in St. Louis. While there, he was awarded a Scholar in Law scholarship for outstanding academic achievements. Prior to that, he received his B.A. in History from the University of Rochester where he was the 2009 Take Five Scholar, a scholarship awarded to students interested in pursuing a fifth year of independent study.
