
Jacob Stone is an associate attorney in the firm’s Chicago office. Focusing his practice in toxic tort, Mr. Stone has extensive experience in legal research and writing.
Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, Mr. Stone worked as an intern in the Tax Division at the U.S. Department of Justice. He also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Sara Darrow at the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois and in the 12th Judicial Circuit Court of Will County. He was also a Corporal in the U.S. Marine Corps.
Mr. Stone earned his J.D. from The University of Iowa College of Law, where he was a writer for the Transnational Law and Contemporary Problems Journal and was a member of the Veterans Legal Association. He holds a bachelor’s degree in ethics and public policy from The University of Iowa.
Outside of his work in the legal arena, Mr. Stone is interested in photography, traveling and fantasy football.
