
Jonathan Lee is an associate attorney focusing his practice on toxic tort, products liability, employment law, life sciences and complex commercial litigation. He has experience in all stages of litigation, including drafting motions, answering complaints, reviewing discovery, and taking depositions. Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, Mr. Lee worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Sharon J. Coleman at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Mr. Lee then worked as a summer associate and a law clerk at Segal McCambridge prior to finishing his J.D.
Mr. Lee earned his J.D. from Washington University School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Lee worked as a senior editor on the Washington University Law Review. He also published a student comment in the Washington University Law Review discussing whether the whistleblower provisions of the Sarbanes Oxley Act extend coverage to employees discharging their duties. During his last year of law school, Mr. Lee worked as a legal extern for the American Civil Liberties Union in Saint Louis, Missouri. He holds a B.A., magna cum laude, in sociology with a minor in psychology from Syracuse University. Mr. Lee speaks Korean.
