Joseph Falk is an associate attorney focusing his practice in toxic tort and complex commercial litigation. He has extensive experience in case management and development, discovery, drafting motions, taking depositions, and oral argument. Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, he was an associate attorney for a litigation firm in Chicago where he represented clients in medical malpractice, products liability and construction cases.
Mr. Falk earned his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law, where graduated magna cum laude and Order of the Coif. He served as the managing editor of lead articles for DePaul Law Review and as a teacher's assistant for Legal Writing I and II, and torts. He received CALI Awards for Civil Procedure, Legal Writing II, Legal Writing III and Legislative Process and earned Dean's List Honors. Mr. Falk also holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota.
Mr. Falk is licensed to practice in Illinois. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association
