Joseph Kenney is an associate attorney in the firm’s Chicago office focusing his practice on toxic tort and complex commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, Mr. Kenney worked as an associate attorney where his practice included concentration on a wide range of business and healthcare matters, including regulatory compliance and litigation. He has extensive experience representing clients in all stages of litigation including conducting depositions, appearing on behalf of clients before the court, drafting motions, memoranda and case briefs, evaluating medical records, and preparing documents for discovery.
Mr. Kenney received his Juris Doctor degree from the University Of Toledo College Of Law. While in law school, he served as President of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and received multiple awards for service and leadership. He was also involved with the law school’s Moot Court team and received his certification as a legal intern from the Supreme Court of Ohio as a third year. Mr. Kenney received his Bachelor’s degree in general business from Miami University in 2008. While there, he spent a semester studying abroad in Luxembourg.
