Justine Martolano is an associate attorney in the firm’s New York City office focusing her practice on toxic tort litigation, product liability, and complex commercial litigation. She has experience drafting and responding to pleadings, motions and briefs, attending court conferences and defending depositions.
Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, Ms. Martolano worked as an associate attorney at a national litigation firm in Florham Park, New Jersey, where she handled a variety of insurance defense matters including toxic tort, product liability, construction defect and automobile-related litigation.
Ms. Martolano received her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School, where she was a student attorney for the Entrepreneurship Clinic and served as the Managing Editor of the Rutgers Computer and Technology Law Journal. Before attending law school, she received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.
