Karinne C. Marcolini is an associate attorney in the firm’s Detroit office who focuses her practice on civil litigation matters. She has experience managing first and third party auto litigation from case initiation to resolution including writing and arguing motions, conducting discovery, case evaluation and facilitation. Ms. Marcolini has represented clients in circuit and district courts throughout Michigan. Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, Ms. Marcolini worked as an associate attorney in a general practice firm in Troy where she engaged in litigation and transactional business matters.

Ms. Marcolini attended law school at Wayne State University where she received her Juris Doctor degree in 2015.  She was the recipient of several notable scholarships including the Ferne Walter Scholarship and the Iannotti Scholarship.  While in law school, she was the Director of Outside Competitions for Moot Court and was an octofinalist in the Billings, Exum, and Frye Constitutional Law National Moot Court Competition.  Ms. Marcolini was also selected as a Wayne Law International Public Interest Law Fellow and spent two months abroad providing legal services to clients at a women’s shelter.  Ms. Marcolini has bachelor degrees in Political Theory and Constitutional Democracy and International Relations from Michigan State University with a focus in Science, Technology, Environment and Public Policy.

Outside of work, Ms. Marcolini is actively involved in the Detroit community where she volunteers with The Greening of Detroit and Gleaners Community Food Bank.
