Kellie L. Mazzarella is an associate attorney focusing her practice on medical malpractice defense. She is experienced in all stages of litigation, including drafting and arguing motions, attending hearings, and managing discovery. Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, she worked as an associate attorney defending medical malpractice cases at a Chicago law firm. She also served as a judicial extern for Judge William Bauer at the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and Judge Sharon Johnson Coleman at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
Ms. Mazzarella earned her J.D. from The John Marshall Law School, where she graduated in the top 7% of her class and earned a CALI Award in Labor Law. She worked on the John Marshall Law Review and achieved Dean's List honors each semester. She also holds a bachelor's degree in political science with honors from the University of Iowa. Ms. Mazzarella is licensed to practice in Illinois.
