Kenneth Royer is an of counsel attorney in Segal McCambridge's Houston office focusing his practice on insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, mass tort and environmental litigation, product liability, and eDiscovery matters. With nearly 20 years of professional experience, Mr. Royer has successfully litigated a wide variety of cases in state and federal court in Texas. He has extensive eDiscovery experience providing end-to-end project management, data culling strategies, and assisting with the development and implementation of best practices relating to data processing.
Outside of his work as an attorney, Mr. Royer has held numerous positions in project management for technology consulting firms. In these roles, he was responsible for proposing, documenting and implementing various data culling strategies using innovative technology and providing technical assistance relating to review platform usage.
Mr. Royer received his Juris Doctorate from Texas A&M School of Law. Additionally, he holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology from California State University. He is licensed to practice in the State of Texas.
