Leah Yair defends companies in Michigan No-Fault Insurance Act and auto negligence disputes. She serves as local Michigan counsel for insurance carriers in liability litigation and contract disputes.

Her extensive legal experience includes analysis of contracts, emails and other key documents to identify privileged, confidential or nonrelevant information for discovery and fact development purposes and employment litigation.

After obtaining her J.D. magna cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law in 2015, Leah clerked for the Honorable Archie L. Hayman for the 7th Circuit Court in Genesee County, Michigan, where she honed her litigation skills through reviewing motions and drafting memoranda and orders. She also assisted in jury trials.

Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, Leah worked as an associate attorney at a labor and employment firm and as an e-discovery review attorney.
