Michael Testa is an associate attorney focusing his practice on product liability, toxic tort and general litigation. He has experience in all stages of litigation defense from inception to trial, including drafting and arguing motions, conducting and defending depositions, negotiating settlements, participating in arbitrations and mediations, and preparing for and appearing at trial.
Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, Mr. Testa worked as an associate attorney in the Attorney, Accounting, Business and Real Estate Professionals Liability Group of a New York law firm, focusing his practice on the defense of Attorneys and Accountants.
Mr. Testa earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and a B.A. from Columbia University. An avid sports fan and athlete, Mr. Testa was the captain of Columbia University’s Varsity Men’s Soccer Team and now enjoys golfing.
