Nicholas Kamenjarin is an associate attorney focusing his practice on the toxic tort litigation. He has extensive experience in all stages of litigation including discovery, depositions, settlement negotiations, pre-trial conferences, trials and oral arguments. Prior to joining Segal McCambridge he worked as an associate attorney at a litigation firm in Chicago. He has also served as a contract advisor for a sports management group and a summer law clerk at the Cook County State's Attorney's Office -- Juvenile Justice Bureau.
Mr. Kamenjarin earned his J.D. From University of Notre Dame Law School, where he served as articles editor for the Journal of College and University Law and was an executive Board Member of the Sport, Communications and Entertainment Law Forum. He earned the Moot Court Best Oralist Award (Legal Writing II) in 2012. Prior to attending Notre Dame, he earned his bachelor's degree in marketing, summa cum laude from Northern Illinois University. At NIU, he was a four-year member of the football team, earning the Commissioner's Award in 2009 and the Presidential Award in 2010.
Mr. Kamenjarin is licensed to practice in Illinois. He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association.
