Nina Rosenbach is an associate attorney in Segal McCambridge’s Detroit office focusing her practice on insurance and reinsurance litigation and counseling. She has extensive experience handling the various stages of litigation, including arguing motions in court, defending depositions, preparing settlement documents and representing clients in arbitration.
Before joining Segal McCambridge, Ms. Rosenbach worked at a civil litigation firm where she gained significant trial experience, including preparing clients for jury trials and conducting bench trials. She also prepared key personnel for depositions, argued motions in court, defended depositions, and analyzed claims and potential coverage issues on a wide variety of cases to issue coverage opinion letters and handle declaratory judgment actions.
Ms. Rosenbach received her J.D. from Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Drexel University in Philadelphia. While there, she was awarded the Best Student Performance in Trial Advocacy, served as the Vice President for the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund, and serves as the Secretary for the Dispute Resolution Interest Group.
Ms. Rosenbach holds a Master of Arts in English from Villanova University, and a B.A. in English from Dickinson College. She is admitted to practice in Illinois, Michigan, and the Eastern District of Michigan.
As an active member in her community, Ms. Rosenbach regularly participates in pro bono and volunteer work.
