Robert Russell is a trial and appellate litigator specializing in first-party insurance disputes. He has experience at every level of insurance litigation, from pre-suit coverage analysis through discovery, trial and appellate briefing. He has briefed, argued, and won multiple dispositive motions in state and federal court, and has a second-chair trial victory with Segal McCambridge Shareholder Patrick Kemp. Mr. Russell's first-party docket includes both residential and commercial property insurance disputes as well as bodily injury coverage.
