
Samantha L. Ososki is an associate attorney in the firm’s Detroit office. Focusing her practice in insurance defense and general litigation, Ms. Ososki has extensive experience in negotiating claims, conducting legal research and writing, reviewing discovery and conducting client interviews.
Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, Ms. Ososki worked as a recovery attorney at a health insurance subrogation vendor. She also served as legal intern at a criminal law clinic, clerked for the Cook County's State Attorney's Office - Juvenile Division and for the Illinois Attorney General's Office, Public Interest Bureau, Special Litigation section.
Ms. Ososki earned her J.D. from Valparaiso University Law School, where she earned honors in constitutional law, criminal law clinic and pre-trial skills. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Florida International University.
Outside of her work in the legal arena, Ms. Ososki is interested in spending time with her husband, son and dog, Millie. She enjoys traveling, visiting family and learning new activities such as golf and skiing.
