Sean Phillips is an associate attorney focusing his practice on the litigation of toxic tort matters. He has extensive experience conducting legal research, drafting briefs, complaints and interrogatories for personal injury cases, and preparing wills and trusts. Prior to working at Segal McCambridge, he served as a legal intern at several law firms throughout the Chicago area.
Mr. Phillips earned his J.D. from St. Louis University School of Law in 2014. While he was in law school, he completed a concentration in health law. He is also a recipient of the Public Interest Law Initiative Fellowship and the Dagen Fellowship through Saint Louis University. During law school, he was involved in the Health Law Association, SLU Cancer Support Group and SLU Mentor program. He has also worked with Chicago Volunteer Legal Services and Saint Louis University Elder Law Clinic.
