Shane Bradwell is an associate attorney focusing his practice on medical malpractice defense. He has extensive experience in all stages of litigation, including case management conferences, motion hearings, arbitrations, settlements, depositions, and drafting motions. Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, he worked as an associate attorney at a litigation firm in Chicago, where he managed and acted as second chair in complex civil litigation cases involving medical malpractice, product liability, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and commercial disputes. He has also served as a law clerk for the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation and as an intern in the forfeiture department of the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office in Detroit, MI.
Mr. Bradwell earned his J.D. and a Certificate in International Law from Loyola University Chicago Law School in 2012. He also holds a bachelor's degree in business-economics from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He is admitted to practice in Illinois, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois.
