Simone Honeygan is an associate attorney focusing her practice on toxic tort and construction litigation. She has extensive experience drafting motions, preparing pre-trial and quarterly reports, conducting depositions and document reviews, and answering discovery demands. She has represented clients in mediation, drafted and argued motions, and assisted in trials.
Ms. Honeygan earned her Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law, where she participated in the Hofstra Law Business Society, the Black Law Students Society, the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, Hofstra Law Women and the Thurgood Marshall Mock Trial. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature from Florida State University, where she earned a Bright Future Full Academic Scholarship, and was a member of the Dubois Honor Society and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars Honor Society. She is admitted to practice in New York.
Ms. Honeygan works extensively defending Fortune 500 corporations and premises owners in complex product liability, construction and toxic tort litigation. Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, Ms. Honeygan worked as an associate attorney at a litigation firm in New York City, focusing on toxic tort and construction litigation.
