Terance Calcagno is an associate attorney focusing his practice on toxic tort and complex commercial litigation. He has extensive experience in all stages of litigation, including representing clients at depositions, preparing motions and documents, and responding to discovery demands. Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, he worked as an associate attorney at a litigation firm in New York City. Mr Calcagno also spent a year in Quito, Ecuador working with a foundation to review corporate documents, research grants, draft proposals, and promote organizational changes. During law school, he worked for the D.C. Office of Contracting and Procurement and as an intern to the Hon. Thomas Van Strydonck.
Mr. Calcagno earned his J.D. from The George Washington University School of Law. He also holds a masters of public management from SDA Bocconi in Milan, Italy and a bachelor's degree from University of Hartford, where he graduated summa cum laude. After working and studying abroad, Mr Calcagno speaks Spanish and Italian with working proficiency. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the New York City Bar Association, The New York County Bar, GW Law Alumni Association and Università Bocconi Alumni Association. Outside of his work in the legal field, Mr. Calcagno is interested in puzzles, cooking, skiing, bluegrass and reading the New York Times and contemporary fiction.
