Thomas Park is a shareholder in the New York office focusing his practice on workers' compensation litigation defense and counseling. He has extensive experience in civil litigation, which includes conducting and defending depositions, arguing substantive motions, settlement conferences, trials and various other court-mandated appearances. He has represented large, self-insured companies and insurance carriers before the New York Workers' Compensation Board. Mr. Park has also handled and managed more than 100 files independently from inception through trial, performing research and preparing memoranda regarding these files. Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, Mr. Park worked as an associate defending workers' compensation claims at a law firm in Paramus, NJ. He is licensed to practice in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Mr. Park earned his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law--Camden. He also holds a bachelor's degree in history from Pennsylvania State University.
