An article published in HR Daily Advisor spotlighted Segal McCambridge Shareholder Alexander Schaffel, who was recently promoted to Director of Recruiting & Development. He leads firm-wide campaigns to attract top-tier legal talent and oversees law school recruitment programs. Additionally, his duties include implementing internal training programs to help new hires integrate into the firm.
“When we welcome a new hire, it’s rewarding that the person found the job they are looking for and the hiring manager found the right candidate,” Schaffel said. “My goal is to ensure everyone feels comfortable and confident here at Segal McCambridge.”
Schaffel’s talent-acquisition and retention goals entail ensuring staff continue to grow alongside the firm. He says that a top priority is to make sure that staff are placed in the right roles within Segal McCambridge.
