Legal Secretary (NY) for busy Defense Partner & Associates needed for our Manhattan office. A minimum of three years Litigation experience necessary; familiarity with NY State & Federal courts essential. Experience supporting at partner level preferred. Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple tasks a must. Candidate should be a dynamic self-starter with top writing and communication skills. Must have working knowledge of MS Word, styles and tape transcription. Position is aligned with specific attorneys, but candidate needs to be team player to help out with others' work as necessary. 35-40 hours/week average, 10 am 6 pm M-F preferred for regular schedule.
