The position will be responsible for evaluating, reviewing, and analyzing data and documents in the e-discovery review platform (I-pro) to determine whether records are relevant or responsive to a particular request. Senior Paralegal (IL) in our Chicago office. This position will be responsible for preparing legal documents, creating indexes of documents and maintaining case file, researching and analyzing law sources, reviewing discovery and issuing subpoenas for records and depositions, managing electronic discovery, assisting attorneys with preparation for hearings, depositions, and trials, abstracting depositions, researching experts and communicating with courts, outside counsel, clients, experts, and vendors.

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 -10 years of defense litigation experience preferably in the area of commercial litigation, product liability, employment litigation, or personal injury, Bachelor’s degree, exceptional analytical skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills, organization skills as well as E-discovery experience.
