Through our mentor-mentee in-house training, and written review programs, we provide our associate attorneys and paraprofessional staff with the tools and guidance necessary to grow and excel. Associates often work with our seasoned shareholders to gain experience in trials and hearings, investigating critical information for current cases and writing draft pleadings, discovery and pretrial motions.
In addition to helping early career attorneys, Segal McCambridge has programs to help our shareholders grow. We offer a variety of CLEs, and encourage our shareholders to get involved in various legal associations to help them develop their own practice and meet their professional goals.
