Segal McCambridge shareholder Paul E. Wojcicki (Chicago) recently presented at IEEE International Reliability Innovations Conference in Silicon Valley as the keynote speaker. The conference was available both in person and through WebEx. Cisco Systems and Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Santa Clara Reliability Chapter jointly sponsored the event. Mr. Wojcicki’s presentation, “Managing OEM-Supplier Relationships,” focused on techniques and strategies aimed at alleviating stressors inherent in OEM-supplier relationships.
Mr. Wojcicki is chair of Segal McCambridge's appellate and warranty sub-committees. He concentrates his practice on complex litigation across the country. Mr. Wojcicki represents product manufacturers across several industries and markets, including automobile, motorcycle, personal watercraft, and RV makers, over-the-road and specialty truck-makers, automotive component and systems suppliers, personal electronics makers, and retail dealers. In addition to handling litigation, Mr. Wojcicki works with his clients to revise or rewrite their warranty statements and is brought in to provide training to company personnel involved with day-to-day warranty administration and warranty claim-investigation.
