International inspection company SGS has invited Segal McCambridge shareholder Paul E. Wojcicki to present at its 2013 Warranty Manager Symposium this September in Chicago. During his presentation, Mr. Wojcicki will address key legal issues impacting warranty operations to professionals in the automobile and trucking industries.
The symposium will take place Sept. 10-11, and centers on enhancing the customer experience within warranty operations. Seven speakers, including Mr. Wojcicki, will present on various topics involving warranty matters: designing the parts return process; reflections on new warranty audit software; customer-oriented warranty operations; and how warranty data can support customer relationship management.
As chair of the firm's appellate and warranty sub-committees, Mr. Wojcicki is frequently called to speak on emerging issues in warranty law, the impact a company's warranty and warranty program has on its relationship with its customers, and ways companies can improve their warranty programs. Mr. Wojcicki serves on the board of directors for the Global Warranty and Service Contract Association (formerly the Institute of Warranty Chain Management).
The conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare Hotel in Rosemont, near the Chicago O’Hare Airport. For more information on the SGS Warranty Managers Symposium, and registration, please click here.
