Segal McCambridge Shareholder Alan Taylor to Speak at the Detroit BOMA Mega Education Program
Segal McCambridge Michigan Shareholder Alan Taylor will speak at the Detroit Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Mega Education Program on June 18th in Detroit at the Executive Meeting Center/Southfield Town Center.
Mr. Taylor’s presentation is entitled “Effective Methods to Handle Commercial Tenant Move in/Move Out.” The session will highlight typical issues encountered by commercial landlords in evaluating lease arrangements with new tenants as well as those that arise at the end of every commercial lease. Mr. Taylor, who is involved in the BOMA organization, previously presented at BOMA’s April 2012 Program in a session entitled, “Tenant Concessions in a Tenant Driven Market" and again in 2014 in a session called, "Top 10 Management Strategies/Tools to Maximize Value in Commercial Property Management."
Mr. Taylor focuses his practice on commercial litigation, the defense of professional negligence claims for lawyers and accountants, insurance defense, real estate litigation, business transactions and defending creditor’s rights. He also has extensive experience in landlord/tenant law and regular advises both landlords and tenants on all aspects of commercial, industrial and residential tendencies. Mr. Taylor is extremely active in the legal community frequently speaking on commercial, real estate, and professional liability issues.
