Chicago Shareholder Chad Layton presented a CLE entitled "Current Trends in Cyber Risk--How Corporate America (with guidance from its lawyers) Can Best Protect Itself Against a Cyber Risk" to the attorneys of Segal McCambridge via videoconference from the Chicago office on September 18, 2015.
The CLE covered the legal landscape of cybersecurity, including common theories of recovery, arguments successfully raised to dismiss these cases, and emerging trends, as well as best practices for corporate America to protect itself from cyber attacks.
