Segal McCambridge Shareholders to Chair, Speak at Northeast Corporate Counsel Forum 2016

Segal McCambridge Shareholder Walter "Pete" H. Swayze, III will co-chair the HB Litigation Conferences Northeast Corporate Counsel Forum 2016 on April 21st at the Borgata Hotel  in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Segal McCambridge Shareholder Megan Grossman will speak at the conference on a panel entitled "Emerging Risks of Today."  Among the topics Ms. Grossman will speak about are "The Internet of Things," EMV chips and pins, hydraulic fracturing and legalized marijuana. 

This is the third annual Northeast Corporate Counsel Forum. The event is designed for corporate counsel and those whose interests intersect with them, from private practice attorneys to insurers, litigation support and service providers. Walter "Pete" Swayze, Managing Shareholder of Segal McCambridge's Philadelphia office, serves as Chair of the firm's national General Litigation Practice Group. He primarily concentrates his practice on defending clients facing claims of catastrophic injuries from products liability and complex litigation matters.

Megan Grossman is a shareholder in the firm’s Philadelphia office. Ms. Grossman is a trial attorney representing companies in general and complex litigation matters. She concentrates her practice in general liability matters including products liability, employment, education, professional malpractice, and commercial litigation.
