Segal McCambridge New York Shareholder Christian Gannon will speak at Columbia University's School of Professional Studies to the Safety in the Construction Industry class on February 2, 2016. His lecture will cover general liability insurance and the labor law, including OSHA law and job hazard analysis.
The class is a study of safety practices in the construction industry designed to make construction professionals familiar with procedures used in safety management of a construction project. Students will study the role of government, the judicial system, the insurance industry, and safety management.
Christian Gannon is Co-Chair of the firm and a shareholder in the Segal McCambridge New York office. He represents major governmental agency, contractors, and consultants in design and construction matters and related contract and litigation disputes.
