Segal McCamridge Chicago Shareholder Timothy Krippner served as co-chair of Perrin Conferences' Cutting Edge Issues in Asbestos Litigation conference at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills, CA on March 14-15, 2016.
This event assembles leaders in the U.S. asbestos litigation industry, including many of the nation's premiere plaintiff and defense attorneys, judges, insurance professionals, and medical experts. Tim will deliver the conference's opening remarks and moderate a panel entitled "Asbestos Exposure and 'Quantified Dose' Standard.” The event will also include several panels on topics such as emerging trends in asbestos litigation, friction science, DNA in the courtroom and the in-house and insurance perspective. Tim Krippner represents dozens of manufacturers in product liability and toxic tort matters throughout the United States. His current responsibilities include retention as trial, local, regional and national coordinating counsel. He also has considerable experience defending general product liability, professional liability, medical malpractice and construction matters.
