For the third consecutive year, Chicago Shareholder Paul Wojcicki will be a panelist at the American Conference Institute's (ACI) 9th Annual Summit on Defending & Managing Automotive Product Liability Litigation, Expert Strategies for Singled-Out Vehicles and Media-Focused Issues. The Summit will cover emerging issues in the areas of product liability claims, complex litigation, class actions, multidistrict litigation and mass torts related to the automotive industry. 

Mr. Wojcicki's panel, entitled, "Cyber Security/Hacking Issues with Vehicles: Safety Concerns, Liability Issues, Remote Access to Vehicles, and Pending Legislative Activity" will focus on the safety, security and liability risks posed by the growing vehicle hacking phenomenon. This particular session will examine remote access technology, liability issues resulting from a breach, the NHTSA's and other legislative bodies' response to these issues and how pending and contemplated cyber security legislative activity might impact the automotive industry.
