Segal McCambridge is pleased to announce that Chicago Shareholder William Mahoney will speak on "National Trends Driving Asbestos Litigation" at Perrin Conferences' annual Asbestos Litigation Conference in San Francisco, CA, on September 12, 2016. Bill will join attorneys from four other firms to discuss current trends, statistics and dynamics impacting asbestos litigation.
The Perrin Asbestos Litigation Conference includes three days of panels on topics ranging from mesothelioma to alternatives to litigation to current medical trends.
Bill is a trial attorney concentrating his work on the defense of toxic tort and environmental cases. He conducts a national practice and has served as lead counsel at trials in Illinois, Texas, Ohio, Wisconsin, Florida, Kansas, Louisiana, New York, Massachusetts, California and Indiana. He is national trial counsel for defendants named in thousands of asbestos-related cases and has served as national coordinating counsel for several corporations in mass tort litigation.
