Segal McCambridge Detroit Shareholder Alan Taylor will speak on "Negotiating Real Estate Purchase Agreements" at BOMA's Mega Education Day at the Doubletree Dearborn on January 19, 2017. In the opening session of the day, he will discuss the negotiation skills and techniques required to create win-win results for buyers and sellers.
BOMA's Mega Education Day focuses on the needs of building owners, managers, and operations staff and includes six hours of continuing education credits in a single day. Other topics covered will include sustainable building, applications of drones in commercial real estate, updates on commercial landlord/tenant law, and construction liens in Michigan.
Alan Taylor is a Shareholder in the firm's Michigan office and serves as Co-Chair of the firm's Professional Liability Practice Group. He focuses his practice on commercial real estate litigation and counseling, the defense of professional negligence claims for lawyers and accountants, insurance defense, complex commercial litigation, business transactions and defending creditor's rights.
