Chicago Shareholder Paul Wojcicki to Speak at ACI National Forum on Automotive Product Liability
Segal McCambridge Chicago Shareholder Paul Wojcicki will speak on a panel on "Personal Jurisdiction Challenges including Discussion and Examination of Key U.S. Supreme Court Cases" at the American Conference Institute's 10th National Forum on Automotive Product Liability Litigation. The panel will discuss new court rulings and Supreme Court cases on personal and general jurisdiction, interpret the Daimler case and how courts have followed Daimler, and provide analysis on the Bowman case.
