Chicago Shareholder Paul E. Wojcicki to Co-Chair Midwest Corporate Counsel Forum

Segal McCambridge Chicago Shareholder Paul Wojcicki will co-chair HB Litigation Conferences' Midwest Corporate Counsel Forum on November 30, 2017, at the Union League Club of Chicago. This will be HB Litigation Conferences' second consecutive year presenting this Forum.

Presenting on emerging issues facing corporate legal departments and their outside counsel will be speakers from nationally recognized law firms and corporate counsel. This one-day Forum will offer presentations and roundtables on current topics including, litigation holds and data retention; responding to government investigations; emerging insurance losses and claims; legal ethics and the risks associated with social media; and hot topics in employment law. Mr. Wojcicki will specifically present on value-based billing arrangements.  

Mr. Wojcicki will be co-chairing this Second Annual Midwest Corporate Counsel with Sean Byrne of Byrne Law, Bruce Malter of eTERA Consulting and James Roof of The Claro Group.  A limited number of in-house counsel will be offered complimentary attendance. Paul E. Wojcicki is a Shareholder in the firm's Chicago office and serves as Chair of the firm's Warranty Practice Group. Mr. Wojcicki’s litigation work includes complex commercial and consumer disputes, including class actions, products liability claims, and warranty and service contract actions.  Based in Chicago, he represents companies large and small across a wide variety of industry sectors in state and federal trial and appellate courts across the country.
