Mr. Eder's panel presentation, Ethical Duties in Construction Defect Litigation, will focus on the impact of modern guidelines on the Model Rules of Ethical Conduct, bill sharing and auditing, regulating legal tasks, the tripartite relationship and the perspective of counsel and carrier. Ted Eder is a shareholder in Segal McCambridge's New York office and serves as Chair of the firm's Construction Practice Group.
