Arturo Aviles is an Of Counsel attorney in Segal McCambidge's Austin office. He is an experienced litigator and mediator. Mr. Aviles has served as mediator in a number of matters in Travis and Williamson County, Texas and previously served as chair of the Austin Bar Association’s ADR section. He has represented clients that include, employers, premises owners, service providers, security companies, insurers, insureds, suppliers, and manufacturers in a variety of personal injury, workers’ compensation, premises liability, labor and employment, aviation, security, commercial, and toxic tort matters. He is frequently called upon to speak on mediation, negotiation, and conflict resolution issues.
