Chicago Shareholder Chad Layton to Speak on Use of Social Media During Litigation

Segal McCambridge Chicago Shareholder Chad Layton will speak at Claims & Litigation Management Alliance's (CLM) upcoming Greater Chicago Chapter Education & Networking Event, "Effective Use of Social Media During Litigation." In addition to presenting on the location and collection of data prior to and following litigation, he will present as a panelist on practices for conducting a social media search and best practices for preserving evidence. Attendees will also learn tips and tricks for locating information on different social media sites, how to best gather private vs. public information and will be presented with examples on how to extract data. Chad will speak as a co-panelist with Robin Buchanan, Vice President of HUB Enterprises, Inc. The event will take place at River Roast Social House in Chicago, IL on October 18, 2018.
