Segal McCambridge notes the passing of former of counsel James Gannon on Friday, July 9, at the age of 69. Mr. Gannon had been a member of the firm's toxic tort/hazardous substances practice, serving clients out of the Philadelphia office.
In the words of Philadelphia office managing shareholder Pete Swayze, Mr. Gannon was "an old school warrior of a lawyer, and a complete gentleman, who brought our clients the highest quality of legal service and, perhaps more importantly, brought smiles and an electric camaraderie to the Philadelphia office."
Religious services in Mr. Gannon's memory will be held Wednesday, July 14, at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Charity Church, 231 Upland Road, Brookhaven PA. Visitation after 9:00 a.m. The family has asked for donations to Neumann-Goretti High School, 1736 S. 10th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19148.
