Philadelphia, PA – In keeping with its pro bono and volunteer traditions, Segal McCambridge's Philadelphia office participated in the Young Lawyers Division of the Philadelphia Bar Association's annual Harvest for the Homeless collection drive. This year's drive included volunteers from more than 13 Philadelphia law firms and three area law schools, and marked the third consecutive year Segal McCambridge participated in the program.
In support of Harvest for the Homeless, Segal McCambridge employees collected new and used warm clothing, hygienic products, blankets and dry non-perishable food items for seven local homeless shelters in the area. Fifty YLD volunteers later sorted the nearly 60 large bags of donations on Saturday, Nov. 9, for delivery to St. John's Hospice, People's Emergency Center, and the Salvation Army.
