Segal McCambridge is pleased to announce that Scott Henry, Chicago shareholder, was invited to co-chair The Chicago Bar Association’s CLE conference March 31 through April 4, 2014, in Paris, France. During the conference, Mr. Henry also participated in a mock trial of Houri Zandi v. U.S. Department of Defense.
Mr. Henry chaired the event with Terri Mascherin, partner at Jenner & Block. The event drew over 70 bar association members, 30 of which stayed to visit Normandy after the program ended. Presenters covered a variety of topics including professional responsibility, business etiquette in France, and alternative dispute resolution.
Mr. Henry defends product and premises liability cases around the country and advises businesses in litigation strategy. He manages toxic tort, environmental and multi-district class action cases as a national counsel and assists Fortune 500 companies in compliance matters with complex municipal laws and ordinances. He was named to Chicago Daily Law Bulletin’s “40 Illinois Attorneys Under 40 to Watch” list in 2011. The American Bar Foundation recognized him as a fellow in 2012.
