Jill M. Felkins is a trial and appellate attorney in the firm’s Chicago office who devotes her practice to defending clients in the areas of products liability, premises liability, construction negligence, personal injury, class action, toxic tort, environmental litigation, transportation and trucking.
Kenneth P. Williams of Segal McCambridge’s Detroit office concentrates his practice on insurance coverage and premises liability. His litigation work has included no-fault first and third-party cases and uninsured and underinsured cases.
Nancy S. Woodworth is a trial attorney in the firm’s Chicago office who concentrates her practice on the defense of toxic tort claims, with an emphasis on complex mass tort litigation relating to personal injuries involving products, premises and contractor liability claims.
Matthew Kelly concentrates his litigation practice on professional liability defense and products liability defense involving pharmaceutical products, medical devices, and consumer products in state and federal courts throughout the country.
Robert G. Wall is an insurance litigation attorney practicing in the firm’s Austin office representing insurance carriers and insurance professionals in the defense of first-party bad faith lawsuits arising from claims on commercial and personal lines of insurance.
