Segal McCambridge Shareholder Timothy Krippner To Chair HB Litigation Conferences' "Emerging Trends in Asbestos Litigation"

Segal McCambridge Shareholder Tim Krippner will serve as co-chair of the conference titled "Emerging Trends in Asbestos Litigation," presented by HB Litigation Conferences on March 9-11, 2009, at the Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills.

A number of Segal McCambridge attorneys will also speak, including:

  • Erich Gleber, who will participate in a panel titled, "The Continued Evolution of the Heavy Machinery Case," will take a retrospective look at the realities and state of the art in supplying machinery to the Navy. He also will discuss the liability for the roles of manufacturers, employers and outside contractors, and the new approach to industrial hygiene and exposure in the industrial setting;
  • Steve Rosenblatt, who will participate in a panel titled, "The Household Exposure Case," will discuss building materials cases, recent verdicts and opinions, liability, science and causation, and quantifying asbestos exposure;
  • Jonathan Lively, who will present on the topic titled, "A National Perspective on Asbestos Rulings and Appellate Decisions;" and
