March 14, 2007

As part of the firm's commitment to advancing diversity within the firm and in the legal community as a whole, we are pleased to announce the formation of the Segal McCambridge Diversity Committee. The committee is represented by members from several of our offices, including the following:

- Chidi Onukwugha (Baltimore office)
- Tomachukwu Acholonu (New York office)
- Art Aviles (Austin office)
- William Mahoney, Cameron Turner and Kimberly Hayden (Chicago office)

The Diversity Committee will meet monthly to monitor and discuss the implementation of policies that address the issues of recruiting, retaining and promoting qualified attorneys in all offices with the goal of increasing the diversity of the firm. The Diversity Committee will also ensure policies implemented are actively promoted throughout the firm, which include increased participation in community involvement, attorney development and pro bono work. The Diversity Committee will also concentrate on proactively searching for new opportunities and approaches to promoting diversity within the Firm.
